Selected to initiate use of Flash technology and techniques for time-critical applications, furnishing new development, prototyping, and enhancement analysis as contract professional at leading global media and entertainment company. Identifed effective Flash techniques and features to be incorporated into proposed enhancements through extensive analysis and collaboration with technical and creative teams. Resolved customer bug reports and interface issues in timely manner. Streamlined code production, enhanced quality, and standardized interfaces, building components and reusable interfaces/classes and working closely with third-party software development teams to define and produce open APIs.

Major Accomplishments:
• Created cutting-edge Set-Top Box industry applications launched in five divisions nationwide to 1 million households, supplying new development on embedded systems.
• Took lead role on Flash team, providing key recommendations based on user requirements. Designed and produced interactive, multi-tiered Menu, Find Show, Settings, Search functionality, Guides, and Banner applications, working with 12-person development team on-site plus technical staff in Montreal.
• Initiated use of Flash technology and techniques as first Flash developer on team.
• Built all menus and front-end applications for major interfaces, providing rapid prototyping for OnDemand, PPV, and Search application demonstrations.
• Facilitated functional interaction with core technology for customers by providing well-documented APIs.
• Developed user interface software, with design, development, and implementation completed in combination of Flash, ECMA Script, and C.
