Minutes - Orange County IMA Chapter Board of Directors November 9, 2000 In attendance were Ken Foos, Clark Hill, Jim Lees, Brigitta Homdahl, Dennis Littleford, Jean Ridlon, Marsha Cordova, Ted Windham, Terry Vickerey, and Mark Stupeck. Meeting called to order 7:10. Ted led discussion of speakers to have for next meetings and reviewed strategy of chapter. Ted volunteered to get the next three speakers. Report from Janet that there is no restaurant space available for the 11/16 meeting. Brigitta volunteered to contact restaurant to get a suite or make alternate arrangements. Discussed calling tree. Next technical meetings set for 12/14/00, 1/18/01, 2/15/01, 3/15/01 and 4/19/01. Marsha and Jean will handle advertising and roster. Clark will contact Xu on updates to be made on the website. Financial statements reviewed and approved. Motion was made and approval given to write off $400 advance given to Amit. No receipts were provided. Amit gave allocation of where the money was spent. Motion and approval given to pay the following invoices: Jim Lee for Oct. and Nov. newsletter printing and stamps $400.74 Brigitta for printing the October newsletter $77.04 Terry was elected to the secretary. Mark Stupeck has announced his resignation of his position effective at the end of November, due to outside demands on his time. Clark Hill was elected to become President. Meeting adjourned 9:30 P.M.
